In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 related to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data (“GDPR”), the User is informed (the “User”) that the personal data that they provide in their use of the Instant Credit platform, or that which could have been obtained directly from an e-commerce connected at any time to the Instant Credit network (the “Merchant”) within the strictly necessary framework to intermediate in the provision of the financing service requested by the User, will be incorporated into files for which the company LSP Finance, SL (the “Data Controller”) will be responsible for processing, with registered office in Barcelona, Avenida Diagonal, number 407, 4º 1ª and CIF number B-66.681.602, which is registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona under Volume 45221, Folio 130, Page 480835, Inscription 1º

The purpose of the processing carried out by the Data Controller consists of the following:
For the sole purpose of being able to provide the User with an adequate service on the Instant Credit platform, the Data Controller needs to be able to provide their personal data to some companies located outside of the European Economic Area, therefore they are informed that their data will be subject to the following international data transfers:

The personal data provided by the User will remain in the files of the Data Controller while the User remains a registered User of the Instant Credit platform. In the event that the User exercises his right of withdrawal, we will block his data during the corresponding legal limitation period. Once the legal limitation periods have elapsed, we will destroy the User’s data. Thus, for example, the statute of limitations is 10 years in terms of prevention of money laundering.
The User can exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition and the portability of their personal data, by going directly to LSP FINANCE, SL, at Avenida Diagonal, nº 407, 4º1º, 08008 Barcelona, or by request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, providing a copy of their ID or equivalent identification document in such cases.

Without prejudice to the obligation of custody and blocking legally required to the Data Controller in relation to the personal data of the User, the User may withdraw at any time, and free of charge, their consent to this data processing and request the erasure of their personal data.
If the User considers that we have not treated their personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations, they can contact our Data Protection Officer at the email address email@example.com.
Additionally, the User has the right to present a claim before the control authority of the corresponding Member State of the European Union, in the case that it is considered that the processing carried out by the Data Controller violates the User’s right to the protection of their personal data. In the case that the User is located in Spain, they may bring their claims or complaints before the Spanish Data Protection Agency whose website is www.agpd.es.
The User guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and is responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that could be caused to the Data Controller or to any third party as a consequence of the breach of such obligation.
